    These 3 individuals frequent the corner of 5th and C next to CVS. Ongoing sales of cigarette packs or singles. This activity is increasing the illegal sales of cigarettes and narcotics. The C St. corridor is already an active challenge with dealers. The individual in the beanie used to be stationary on Park and Market engaging in the same sales.
