It looks like that part of the road had been dug into to get access to sewers or utilities underneath, and then when they were done they repaved over that area extremely poorly.     Construction vehicles at 5110 35th St 92116 are being driven daily over the curb and sidewalk. Curbs are damaged, crumbling and the sidewalk is cracking, has new cracks and tire damage. A makeshift gate, not at the driveway, is being used to access the construction site.
