Recycle collection was missed on curb

It looks like my recycling bin was missed

Graffiti on the sign on the center divide El Camino Real, cross street Arroyo Sorrento Road. The photo attached is not the actual graffiti. I could not take a picture because it is in the intersection and I cannot stop there.

Homeless encampment on 7th and F St

Car has been on this spot for almost two weeks. Owner has a driveway but prefers to take up already limited street parking.

One recycling can not collected, at corner of Date and Union

Safety hazard- tree trimming needed. Dead palm frond fell and hit my car and almost hit my child in the head. All the other palms on the street get trimmed except for this one. There's also rats or some sort of rodent living in the top. This is a safety hazard for my family.

Graffiti ghetto bus still sitting here since last Tuesday 7/14/26 a notice was placed on it and nothing happened since they move it once every 2-3 months looks like people are living inside it or doing drugs in there I don’t know but it’s bad and dangerous in a neighborhood filled with kids

Good morning sir, I am not sure if you can help me in this matter. I live in Casa Del Park Ridge and across from me a man named Vlad rents his condo out Airbnb style. I haven’t been able to find the listing and it’s hosts families with sometimes up to 7 people. The problem is he doesn’t keep his tenets in check with noise and once there was a domestic incident a year or two ago and they have . We have an HOA and rules but they treat this place like a theme park. The property is 7320 Park ridge blvd 216. The property management is San terrace properties 619-572 3711 and the owner is Vlad 858 779 4572. I have asked Vlad via text to speak to his tenants about the noise level coming from their kids in the pool. We shut the doors and turn the fan on but still hear them screaming. The HOA CCrs specifically state that the pool is a quiet area and to keep noise down as to not disturb residents. The noise goes on up to 7:30 in the evening.
