city fence has been cut fire safety hazard as people use as a walk way a hangout. smoking dope and cigarettes next to dry brush. fence was repaired with a lackadaisical fence which when completed left half the fence open. Great tax paying money to use to repair a fire harzard

Homeless encampment in valley on six Ave between grape and hawthorn.

I am formally documenting an egregious failure of municipal oversight and public utility accountability that has left our public infrastructure in an unsafe, degraded state. On or about March 20, 2025, SDG&E, I believe, executed extensive excavation work at this site. Following the completion of their subsurface operations, the right-of-way was not restored to the municipal engineering standards. Within seven days of the initial patch, the asphalt began to crumble and disintegrate. This structural failure was promptly reported to Ali Alaeipour, who subsequently routed the enforcement matter to Benjamin Foxhall. To date, Mr. Foxhall has actively ignored multiple communications regarding this hazard. This flagrant lack of responsiveness constitutes a clear dereliction of duty. I demand that the City of San Diego issue an immediate non-compliance order to the responsible party to completely excavate, properly re-compact, and fully repave the affected area to standard specification. || LOCATION: Entire area leading up to traffic light at 333 W Broadway, San Diego, CA 92101
