I'm afraid this is GETTING WORSE, People see Stuff Being DUMPED, and just assume it's "OK" to DUMP more Stuff ?!? Please, PLEASE send someone, it's been well over a week... Did not report it sooner, because a Neighbor said that they JAD ALREADY REPORTED IT... And I didn't want to ANNOY/SPAM you guys with MULTIPLE Reports, BUT it's getting WORSE... PLEASE.

Red traffic light at the corner of La Jolla Village Dr (turning left onto Lebon Dr) is burned out.

BMA who repetitively stays in the area. Has already been arrested before. It gets verbally and physically aggressive with neighbors. Urinate and defecates on my property. Gets aggressive when I asked to leave. Continues to be an issue. Children live in the property as well. He’s constantly in the alley, along with several others. Impeding traffic in the alley. They have their belongings and bicycles scattered throughout the roadway. The BMA specifically has been an issue for at least a year.

The gray bin didn’t get empty this morning

Bins in normal location. Green bin picked up; Gray bins not (several of neighbor's bins not emptied also).
