This car looks to be totaled and parked on the main street of Ruffin Rd. It has been there for over a week now and have not seen any owners near it.

Accumulated trash, numerous toilets, mattress and junk on front lawn. Leave trash cans out on street. Two cars not rerunning nor registered on the street and two in the driveway.

Entire street of 38th and Beech is full of oversized RV‘s parked illegally for months!!! They stay there overnight and camp illegally on city streets! When will the police or city finally do something about this? All the homeless are also littering and it’s a danger to the public!!
