Abandoned vehicle for over a month

It's been parked almost 2months.

There is an RV with homeless people sleeping in it parked on the street in front of a home.

Encampment in Balboa Park on South side of Upas St between Texas and Arizona and has been sprawling onto street for over a week. Two people. Male and female. Have a gas tank which is scary considering dry foliage in a draught. Garbage everywhere and unhealthy and within 35 feet of where children play soccer.

There was a dirty blanket and crack pipe under the slide at the toddler playground at 5pm on July 22. We threw them in the trash can right there at the entrance to the playground. There’s human excrement and urine under the slide. Can this be cleaned please?

This car has been parked here under a car cover for weeks. This person stores it here for long periods consistently along with his illegally parked golf cart and there is no parking in Mission Beach. It needs to be ticketed.

Blue recycling can was not picked up.

Pedophile guy is back in the white van. He’s been living inside our private community for just under a year now. Now he’s drinking inside his van, pissing in people’s yards, or just throwing trash on the sidewalk or street. Usually he stays for days, or leaves around 10/11am then returns in the evenings. He always stars at people and children as they walk by, and such a creep.

Homeless Camp at the far North end of Santa Fe Street continues to grow. As of 7/22/2026 there are now twelve vehicles with people living inside. Some of larger RVs have not moved for many weeks. Please take meaningful action to clear out this camp. See photo attached
