Sidewalk issues, tripping hazards, especially for those that are 70+ years old. Below are 3 images, but there are more troubled areas along the same stretch.

2 street lights out on same side of street. Very dark and lots of people walk it.

Homeless encampment with multiple drug users blocking the sidewalk and none can pass. Aggressive behavior with threats to anyone who walks by.

Car has been parked across my property for over a month and a half without any movement. There are weeds growing adjacent to tires.

2 Cans were on the side of the road where they always are, just off the curb. Separated for pick up. Waited 2 days until I reported it.
