- The containers were all out on time. The green and gray bins were collected as usual. But the truck didn’t stop to collect my blue bin. The neighbors’ blue bins have all been collected. I am on a cul de sac and sometimes they miss my bin due to the driver’s habit of going past my house to collect the next house and then backing up for my bin.
