- Car has been parked over 5 years. NEVER moves. The owner lives in another part of San Diego and admits he parks his car here because it’s a safe neighborhood and he never gets a ticket or towed! Several of us have reported this “abandoned “ car for years. We are all puzzled why nothing happens
