Description

BMA who repetitively stays in the area. Has already been arrested before. It gets verbally and physically aggressive with neighbors. Urinate and defecates on my property. Gets aggressive when I asked to leave. Continues to be an issue. Children live in the property as well. He’s constantly in the alley, along with several others. Impeding traffic in the alley. They have their belongings and bicycles scattered throughout the roadway. The BMA specifically has been an issue for at least a year.
