- Off Leash Dog Walker (had a total of 7 dogs today) In Montclair Park, towards the top of the hill where entrance is. Two dogs rushed my dog aggressively. I asked her to at least put the dogs that rushed my dog on a leash and she said no, she had the dogs under control. On the way back out of the park another dog rushed my dog and she zapped the dog with her e collar. The dog barked and seemed uncomfortable/hurt. I was able to get the license plate of her vehicle.
