- The picture attached is a Homeless person that has been going through our trash cans for years. Why is this person in our area not getting some kind of help getting a place to stay. Every Thursday on trash day this Homeless person goes through our trash cans leaving trash on the ground and a mess. The picture attached is our trash cans for 1453 and 1451 Bridgeview Drive 92105. Why is this being allowed for so long? Me being past Military and neighborhood watch I would hope something could be done on this issue going on for a few years.
