- Sorry, I wasn't sure where this fit. The electrical panels at the base of the lights on the guardrails on the bridge of Alvarado Canyon Road, all the way to Adobe Falls Road, on both sides of the street, have all been removed. It looks like the wiring has been pulled out of all the lights at the base. It started with just one or two, but now it looks like all of them are damaged, spanning both sides of the whole street, and the panel covers are lying on the sidewalks.
