- The car has been parked there for several weeks and its between 2 churches on the back street which is also Cul-de-sac. There is a black male in late 20's who is living in car, and I see him walking around the neighborhood at all hours of the night and it feels like he is learning my routine I constantly see him. He always watching me its very uncomfortable and I know for certain he doesn't live in the area.
