- City better get their street engineers out to union street in front of the new WEST APTS. when you park in the white zone for pick up and drop off there is noooo room for someone to pass u less they cross a double yellow into the other lane and is not safe at all. I don’t know who painted this buts its ridic and not safe and not legal or in compliance . Unless you guys want to get sued after a wreck is fix it
