- Hello - man and woman in green tent are living in Fanuel Street Park. This park closes at 10:00 and people should not be camping in the park. See photos. They were adjacent to the bathrooms but are now at the north end of the park by the parking lot. Have been here for about 4-5 days. This is a children’s park and homeless people should not be living here.
