- A homeless person left all their belongings on the corner of Sampson and Irving, where the soccer field for Burbank school sits. By the way, there’s always a lot of trash on Sampson and I’m wondering if that’s the school’s property and if they should be the one cleaning or is it a city issue? Thank you
