- I live at 3107 K st and the encampment is directly behind my apt in the alley. There is a big green house that was full of squatters for years and it is as of yesterday it was boarded up and is being vacated/cleaned daily via police order. Problem is the squatters have now set up a homeless dwelling full of garbage in the alley behind the house. It is blocking our apt's parking lot access in the alley. Making this request so they don't stay and block the alley and set up a drug den near our apts.
