Description
Trash bins have always been picked up on 35th Place, behind my rental units. I submitted a Get It Done case 05814710 on 7/19/26 to report that my tenants' trash had not been picked up for 2 weeks, with no notification as to why. I spoke with two city employees, two days in a row, that stated they would escalate the issue and send a truck out to pick up the trash. Today the report was closed, with no comments from the city, and I believed the issue was resolved. However, my tenants informed me that the trash was not picked up and the bins are beginning to overflow. I need you to understand that when the bins sit out on the street for extended periods other residents in the area dump their trash in whatever bins are sitting out, causing them to overflow. I also submitted a report to my councilman Stephen Whitburn in the hopes that he will make sure something Gets Done.
