- The road on 25th going north at Market is a wave of moguls. I crossed the street on my scooter. I saw the first giant 9 inch bump but not the second and my scooter went out from underneath me and I ended up on my back on the ground. Its improper use of black tar for road repair for busses on a hill of that grade.
