Hollister Bridge - graffiti on rail

Big broken apart couch taking up a little space on the side of the alleyway making it difficult for cars especially the trash service dumpster to come through. It is off to the side but still kind of taking up some space I think making it difficult for cars to travel through.

Saratoga park and the lifeguard tower public parking area. Pictures not needed everyone is well aware of the sh*t- show here . The new parking regulations will only work when ENFORCED! Otherwise the homeless / van dwellers laugh at you , seriously it a joke to them.

There’s basically a tent city just north of the parking lot and river path at dog beach. I counted nine distinct tents as well as other umbrellas and encampments. At least one camper was here several days ago. They should have a space to live, but not for free at the beach, in my opinion.

Oversized motorhome been in area over a month. Repeated attempts to have police contact him to move it have failed. See Report 05665706 for attempts to reach owner. He is a "squatter" in a property owned by someone else (4679 Thorn St, might be on market to sell since a new realtor sign has come on property). He has been an ongoing issue for the neighborhood for 2 years. Owner allows him to stay pending work on home. He doesn't use vehicle.
