    I don't know if it's illegal or not but these people pour cat food all over their driveway and at times there are dozens of feral cats. they live in this abandoned trailer. the smell is overwhelming. there are a lot of baby cats now so the population is growing.

    Trash situation in neighbors building is unruly and attracting a ton of animals. It’s been like this for at least 2 weeks now. I don’t know when their pickup day is but it feels like it should have been cleared out by now. Worth noting: this same building has had a lot of asbestos removal activity lately
