Trash bin displaced

Homeless encampment starting to build up along the fence line again with a lot of trash. A man regularly walks around naked.

9 of the skatepark lights are out at the Carmel valley skatepark. It’s been this way since October. It is dangerous and nobody can skate the park safely.

At 7:31 the 3 bus did not arrive. A bus carrying 3 passengers passed with a “ NOT IN SERVICE” sign at the same time the 3 bus was scheduled to arrive. The 120 bus arrived before its scheduled time. The schedule stated it runs every 15 minutes. The 3 bus arrived at least 30 minutes late and 18 minutes from its scheduled time.

This car was originally parked about a block away. It sat there for about month. I reported it and then it was moved. It is now parked somewhere else and it has been sitting there for over a week. You can see the tree debris accumulating on the car over time on the attached pictures.

72 hour violation. Please see previous report (pictures attached). Marked resolved in error. The picture that the city attached to the report is from the other side of the street. It’s on the East side of 38th. I never saw the truck move. Resubmitting.

Homeless Encampment under the Grape Street Bridge. Multiple tents, trash, graffiti.

These cars and trailer have been parked on Logan Street between 31st and 32nd street for months and never move. License plates 9RHC196 (white sedan), 74027V2 (white box truck), 3BFP696 (brown sedan), a white bronco with license plate 8YGN785 and a trailer with no license plate
