Same giant rv camped in park after 10 pm

Car has been parked there for weeks now. Has a flat tire. Looks like it was abandoned because of the flat tire. It also a 72 hr violation.

I live at Phillip McDonald II 7184 Salizar St San Diego Ca 92111 multiple potholes on Armstrong Pl cross streets on both sides are Armstrong st. & Ashford st. Several unhoused people along 7th Ave parking lot fence between island and market , Captain Shebloski and Lt Devore had promised to have patrol regularly enforce no camping / loitering. There are now 4-5 using illegal substances. Please note this is along both sidewalks of 7th between Market and Island along the fence.

Safety cover off light pole exposing electrical conduit and allowing water infiltration at base of pole

This is a sketchy looking school bus that has been parked here for more than a week.

the truck has been parked over 72 hours spider webs have formed around the plates and dirt around the tires

Dead white small cat was in the middle of the road. Other small cat were get close to it cause a danger of being hit as well. We move the cat to the sidewalk across from the address given.

Can we please get SDPD to start arresting drugs addicts at 7/11?
