Small cul de sac with only one street light that is not working.

The occupants of this residence consistently park their fleet of oversized vehicles on the street for days. They work/repair their trucks on the street as if it's an auto repair facility.

Grass needs to be cut on the howard ave side by this address

Trash was not picked up! I placed it where I always do.

A homeless man has been sleeping with his partner for the last year. He has been camping behind the parking lot/garage behind the “The Wise Ox” facing the alley street. He usually gets there late at night, 9-10 PM and is very noisy in the middle of the night. He often yells to his partner and we can see him piss on the street. Multiple neighbors have tried to make him lower his voice but he just yells back. We want him gone.

Encampment in on Alley behind 4161 Winona Street 92105. That Alley has a lot of movement and people are always half naked, or naked not safe for my kids.
